Welcome to McMenamins’ 14th Annual UFO Festival at Hotel Oregon
On Friday and Saturday, May 17 and 18, 2013, we are pleased to host the 14th Annual UFO Festival, billed as “the 2nd-largest alien festival in the U.S.” The festival began as a way to honor the famous 1950 Trent sighting in which two local McMinnville citizens witnessed and photographed a UFO, said to be some of the most credible images of UFOs to date.

We are honored to host four speakers this year:
Nick Pope — former administrator/investigator of the British Ministry of Defence’s UFO Project.
George Knapp — Area 51 researcher and “Coast-to-Coast” radio guest host.
Jim Sparks — multiple-abductee/experiencer presenting “The Greys: Their Nature and Purpose.”
Linda Moulton Howe — revered journalist and UFO researcher
And our Emcee this year:
Peter Davenport — Director, National UFO Reporting Center
In addition to these ticketed events, the weekend includes a number of free, family-friendly attractions, including live music, a costume parade, contests and a movie.
