COVID Safety Policy

McMenamins is committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of UFO Festival attendees and staff. In light of the recent uptick in COVID cases, attendees age 12 and older at indoor events in the McMinnville Community Center must meet one of these conditions:

  • Show proof of full COVID vaccination (vaccination card or photo of vaccination card; foreign citizens may show the vaccination proof of their country, along with passport ID). Full vaccination is a single dose of Johnson & Johnson or two weeks past a second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines. Photo ID required.or
  • Show proof of a negative COVID test (PCR or “rapid test” acceptable) within 48 hours preceding the event. Home tests not acceptable. Photo ID required.

Masks must be worn by everyone at all times, except while actively eating or drinking.

Attendees under 12 are not required to show proof of vaccination or a COVID test, but must be fully masked at all times, except when actively eating or drinking.

Ticketholders who purchased VIP passes or individual tickets before 8/25/21 who do not wish to follow these protocols may request a refund at support@cascadetickets.com no later than 9/8/21.

The City of McMinnville and McMinnville Downtown Association will offer a temporary Covid-19 testing station at 3rd and Davis on Saturday.
